The whole point behind Comrie Workspace is to keep things as simple, flexible and affordable as possible. If you can’t find a usage plan to suit you here, let us know and we’ll create one for you.
You can rent a desk by the hour, day, week, month or anything in between.
- A couple of hours away from home to get on with some work or studying.
- An occasional day here and there for part-time workers.
- Regular ongoing use for freelancers, distance workers and small businesses.
- Block use for visitors, project work or temporary office arrangements.
We also have a small private room suitable for accommodating meetings of up to three people or for making confidential conference calls etc. This facility is available free-of-charge to regular monthly users and for a small fee to others.
There is also the option of hiring the Workspace during evenings or weekends for larger meetings, seminars, tutoring etc. Weekday usage for such events is possible but may be restricted as the meeting area is open plan with the rest of the office, which may present confidentiality issues for you or pose a distraction to other users. However, it doesn’t hurt to ask, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Anybody using the Workspace for at least one full calendar month will be allocated their own dedicated desk for the duration with a lockable cabinet. All other desks are on a first-come first-served basis.
Prices include a basic inkjet printing allowance, free tea/coffee and snacks and use of the communal lounge and kitchen.
